Naturopathic Herbalism

Herbal Medicine uses medicinal plants and extracts to support conditions and promote the body’s ability to heal.

Traditional herbalism is the oldest and still the most widely used system of medicine in the world. Modern herbalism uses evidence-based science along with the traditional knowledge to provide safe and effective treatments that work with your body in a holistic way, supporting the root cause of illness to help you heal.

Assisting the whole person not only the symptom was taught in my training with Australia’s well known and highly respected herbalist Dorothy Hall.

Dorothy always maintained that once strengthened and balanced physically and emotionally, most people are able to make the necessary changes in their environment and circumstances.

I have continued with Dorothy’s philosophy in my own practice and have found it very effective.

Bach Flower Essences

The Bach Flowers are a set of 38 healing remedies developed in the early 1930’s by Dr Edward Bach a successful and prominent UK physician. He wished to help his patients in a more profound way and developed a healing system that could positively influence people on the subtle levels at which illnesses arise.

The inherent life force unique to each Bach flower is captured and preserved in liquid form. These remedies work on emotional states and are capable of profound healing.

Adults, children as well as animals can use these safely with wonderful results.
